How to Make Easy Raw Foods

Nwenna Kai will dispel all the myths about raw foods being hard to make, time-consuming, and expensive. In this lecture and interactive class full of raw food recipe demonstrations, students will learn how to put together fun, quick, and inexpensive raw food recipes that require little to no equipment. Menus, recipes and food samples are included so come ready to learn and ready to transform! Nwenna Kai’s book, The Goddess of Raw Foods will be available for sale.

The journal Obesity predicts that by the year 2034 ALL black women will be overweight and/or obese. I am looking for the following women to be a part of my book/documentary project. Please see below the criteria.

  1. Black women of African, American, or Caribbean identity.
  2. Lives anywhere in the world
  3. Must be 200 pounds and over (If there are women you know who are overweight and/or obese who may not be 200 pounds and over, please still send them my way.)
  4. Must have been struggling with their weight for a number of years
  5. Tried various diets and solutions and nothing has worked
  6. Is extremely frustrated and overwhelmed with their health and weight
  7. Desires to lose weight
  8. Is willing to transform their lives in order to lose the weight
  9. Is willing to be intimate, candid, open, and flexible in sharing their stories
  10. Must supply full body color high resolution photographs of Her body (no nude photographs of course)
